These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) together with all documents referred to herein constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "you", "your") and AI QR Code Pro ("we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the AI QR Code Pro mobile application ("App").
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, please discontinue use of the App and remove it from your device.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be updated within the App, and continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
To use the App, you must be at least 4 years old. If you are under 4, parental consent is required, and they must supervise your usage.
AI QR Code Pro provides users with the ability to create QR codes, scan and decode QR codes, and manage QR code-related data. The App also allows users to replace existing QR codes in images.
Your privacy is important to us. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You agree not to use the App for illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
The App may offer subscription plans with premium features. Payments are processed via your account on the App Store or Google Play, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
The App is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding the performance, availability, or accuracy of the services offered.
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time for violating these terms.
