I. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) together with all the documents referred to in it constitute a legally binding agreement made between you as a natural person (“you”, “your” or “user”) and AI Clean Pro (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of “AI Clean Pro” software application for mobile devices (the “App”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before you download, install or use the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please discontinue use of the App immediately and remove it from your device.

II. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the Agreement within the App. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes will signify your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

III. ELIGIBILITY

To use the App, you must be at least 4 years old. If you are under 4, you must have parental consent to use the App, and they must supervise your usage. The App is not intended for users under 4 years old.

IV. APP FUNCTIONALITY

AI Clean Pro is designed to help users manage and clean their device storage by identifying duplicate files, large media files, and unwanted content. Additional features may include contact management and photo clean-up functionalities.

V. PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy seriously. By using the App, you agree to the processing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We recommend you review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

VI. PROHIBITED USAGE

Users agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Misusing the App's features for malicious purposes
  • Reselling or redistributing the App

VII. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The App will offers subscription plans with enhanced features in the future. Payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions via your iTunes Account Settings.

VIII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App and all associated services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

IX. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the App at any time without notice for any violation of this Agreement.
